Once the order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.
No returns will be accepted without previous written consent from Plâncton.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, email email@example.com within 7 days of original purchase to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return. Our team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping and customs charges.
All our pieces leave our company in perfect condition and perfectly packed.
Any damage or loss should be communicated to Plâcton during the first 48 hours after receiving the order; photographic evidence of the damages should be sent by email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
