1. How do I place an order?

To order one or more Illustrations Prints, please send us an email or fill the form.

The Customer must provide a valid e-mail address, name and address, VAT code, and other relevant information under these General Terms and Conditions of Sale concerning the order;

The Customer is responsible for selecting the Illustration of interest to him/herself;

2. How do I know if my order has been received?

After you made your order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

3. Where your company based?

We are located in Caparica, Portugal.

4. How many Print Posters have each limited edition produced?

Each piece from SPORTDECOR Limited Edition Collection is made in a limited series of 50.
Each limited edition print comes with a certificate of authenticity that displays the artwork details, artist's signature, edition number
and total quantity.

5. Can the pieces be altered? Dimensions, materials and colors?

We customize our Illustrations in sizes, materials and colors. If you need a particular customization please contact us.

6. What is the lead-time of production?

Production time is between 4/6 days.

 

7. What’s the lead-time for customized pieces?

For pieces with custom specifications or orders of large quantities we reserve the right to agree with the customer on a time of delivery.
The Lead Time for this custom orders can vary between 2 and 3 weeks.

8. Do you ship overseas?

Yes, all over the world.

9. When will my order ship arrive?

Your order will be shipped once you have made the full payment.
The delivery time depends on your location.

10. How do I know that my order has been shipped?

As soon as the Art Print are shipped, we will inform you by email.
 

11. What is the status of my order? How do I track my order?

You can always check the status of your order by emailing us and we also provide details about updates if necessary.

12. Can I change my shipping address after my order has been dispatched?

Once the order has been dispatched, the shipping address cannot be changed.

13. What are my payment options?

You can pay by making a bank transfer:

14. Can I choose the currency I’m paying in?

You can only pay in euros

 

15. How are your payment conditions, for customized pieces?

After we receive your email with the customize order, you will receive an email with a quotation including local taxes,
shipping costs and import duties.
This quotation requires your formal approval and a 60% deposit before we start any customization.
2 to 3 weeks later you will receive by email a draft of your customize piece which requires your formal approval and the
payment of the remaining 40% of your order.
If the customize piece is not approved there is no refund of the 60% deposit.


All pieces are the property of Plâncton until payment in full is received.
We reserve the right to defer the dispatch date until the balance of the order is received.

 

16. What is your return/exchange policy?

No returns will be accepted without previous written consent from Plâncton.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your  purchase, email planctoninfo@gmail.com within 7 days of original purchase to initiate a Return Merchandise Authorization, which is required to process a return. Our team will provide you with instructions on where returns should be shipped. Please note that you will be responsible for any shipping and customs charges. 

17. How do you proceed if the pieces arrive damaged to the final destination?

All our pieces leave our company in perfect condition and perfectly packed.

Any damage or loss should be communicated to Plâncton during the first 48 hours after receiving the order; photographic evidence of the damages should be sent by email to planctoninfo@gmail.com.

18. Is my personal information kept private?

We are committed to your privacy and protection of your personal information. By accessing and using this website, you agree and consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information, as outlined in this statement or as and when otherwise
explicitly directed by you.
